Responsibilities：

Prepare data and forms for CAD (Civil Aviation Department) certificate applications
Compile milestones for each aircraft delivery project and present them to the CAD officer after the milestones are finalized internally
Coordinate with CAD in terms of the meeting arrangements for Certificate of Airworthiness meetings, and draft meeting minutes
Draft Aircraft Report for 183 UM Review
Perform aircraft technical document reviews and checks to ensure compliance with HKCAD regulations and requirements
Perform aircraft inspection/on-site monitoring for aircraft delivery checks and bridging checks to ensure ODA (Organization Designation Authorization) findings are corrected
Assist in preparing / collecting / verifying / correcting various maintenance records, and status reports for leased aircraft as required by the lessor
Perform other duties or projects assigned by management

Requirements：

At least 6 years of experience (or an equivalent amount of aircraft projects) in aviation engineering, projects/TS
Degree in Engineering, or a relevant discipline, plus airworthiness training and 183 training courses. HKIE (The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers) membership is preferred
Familiarity with Hong Kong Certificate of Airworthiness (C of A) requirements
Sufficient training, skill, and experience for the type of activities sought
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Able to take responsibility, make decisions, be well organized, and prioritize effectively
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Flexible and adaptable, willing to work on different projects
Willingness to travel when required
Effective team player
Able to work in Hong Kong or Mainland China
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Engineer, Aircraft Introduction Management (Project (183))
