Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute innovative design concepts for a wide range of marketing materials, including logos, branding assets, digital campaigns, and social media content.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Produce high-quality visual content for daily social media posts and digital platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to maintain a fresh and cutting-edge aesthetic.
• Assist in the production of graphic, video, and photographic projects.
• Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of design materials.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Communication Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design (Undergraduate welcome - junior positions may be considered for candidates with less experience).
• Proven proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design).
• A strong sense of marketing and the ability to understand and translate brand messaging into compelling visuals.
• Strong understanding of business need and marketing channels.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Passion for design and a strong attention to detail.
• Experience working with AI tools is a plus.
