Tour assistant ( Freelance )

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site support to the tour guide and handle attendees’ enquiries
- Inspect, deliver & distribute tour materials and tools, including audio devices, attendance lists, i Pads, etc. before & after each tour
- Take attendance and handle material distribution before a tour starts
- Ensure safety and handle emergency throughout the tour
- Liaise with drivers and tour partners to ensure the smooth operation of tours
- Handle petty cash and receipts
- Other ad hoc duties as required
- Interested in Hong Kong Culture & History is an advantage
- Enjoy outdoor activities and interacting with different people
- A self-motivated & detailed oriented team player with strong adaptability under different circumstances
- Good at using SMS, mobile phone, whatsapp etc. and other e-platforms for communication
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese is a must)
- Tour Location: Central, Kowloon City & Sham Shui Po etc.
- Work Hours: Base on tour hours ( 2-2.5 hours per tour )
- Hourly Rate: HKD100 per hour
