Job Title: Japanese speaking Tour Coordinator (Assistant Sales executive)

Location: Hung Hom

Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage arrangements for client meetings, visits, and events.

Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and preferences.

Collaborate with various teams to develop compelling proposals and presentation documents, Create, format, and proofread proposal documents

Translate Japanese English / Traditional Chinese

Handle some Digital marketing etc. SNS

Handle Adc. Hoc matter

Requirements:
Proficient in PC software: Word, Excel, and Power Point.

2 years or above working experience.

Similar working experience or Translation experience in Japanese , English , Traditional Chinese is an advantage.

Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) , English , Cantonese in both oral , writing.

Familiarity with social media platforms (SNS).

Immediately available is an advantage
