Our client, a famous Japan cosmetics company is seeking a Japanese speaking Sales & Marketing Executive.

Position: Sales & Marketing Executive (Japanese Speaking)

Location: Causeway Bay

Responsibilities:
Develop and run marketing plans, campaigns, and promotions to increase brand awareness and drive store traffic and customer engagement through various media and social platforms.

Manage the sales team and handle daily retail operations.

Motivate and guide the sales team to meet sales goals.

Work with production houses and agencies to create marketing materials to build the brand image.

Create and explore new promotions to boost sales profits.

Prepare reports and analyses on retail business and operations for management review.

Requirements:
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

2-3 years of experience in retail sales and marketing, ideally in the cosmetics industry ; more experience will be considered for the Senior position.

Fluent in both spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Japanese (N2 level or above).

Strong problem-solving skills, a responsible attitude, and a positive work approach.

Creative with strong organizational skills and a willingness to take on new challenges.

Self-motivated, able to handle multiple tasks, work independently, and meet tight deadlines, good communication and teamwork skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office
