Responsibilities:

• Support office administrative works and database management.
• Handle donation forms including data entry and filing.
• Perform outbound calls, such as welcome calls and donation follow-up.
• Assist in delivering donor related communications materials e.g. welcome pack, donation receipts and activity invites.
• Provide administrative support to frontline donor recruitment e.g. venue booking and logistic arrangement.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Associate degree/Diploma.
• At least 1 year’s working experience, preferably in customer service or administration.
• Good telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Self-motivated, a team player and detail-minded.
• Occasionally work on weekends and public holidays is required.
• Identification with Oxfam’s mission and vision is highly desirable

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15,000.00 per month
