Job Description
-You will be responsible to promote the gallery’s artists at art fairs, exhibitions, and events not only in Hong Kong.
-You will be responsible to develop the careers of a designated group of gallery artists by actively positioning and promoting their work and strategically pursuing institutional relationships and support that will lead to significant museum and curatorial projects
- You will be responsible to plan, execute, and analyze art fair participation and marketing
- Taking photographs of artwork to be used in brochures or other marketing materials
- Installing artwork in a gallery space
- Working directly with the public to answer questions about the artworks on display
-Helping curators organize and maintain archives of documents related to artwork, artist, or exhibition
-Search for upcoming new potential artist
- Supporting the gallery owner for any upcoming art events preparation and support during the event.
The Successful Applicant
-Bachelor's degree or Masters's degree holder in Art / Design / Marketing area
-Knowledge of Contemporary Art, of the local and international art market
-Knowledge of the galleries artists and program
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
