My Client is a leading Listed Credit-Tech platform in China.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement global strategic tax planning based on corporate goals and organizational needs

2. Work closely with business teams to implement relevant tax efficient and feasible business structures/models. Ensure business model complies with global transfer pricing policies and tax status. Examples include alignment with business planning plans, permanent establishment considerations and global financing alternatives.

3. Ensure senior management is aware of emerging tax laws, issues and developments (e.g. BEPS 2.0, EU Directives) and recommend actions to mitigate and enforce these impacts

4. Monitor and control the group's corporate income tax expense budget. Review annual tax provisions and reconciliations.

Job requirements:
1. Within a Big Four accounting firm or a multinational company (preferably Big Four and in-house) (where 5 or more years should be in more of a management position);

2. Experience in tax planning, group structure and related implications, and general tax compliance;

3. Applicants who are familiar with the business of Hong Kong asset management companies will be given priority;

4. Applicants who are familiar with IFRS, international tax laws and regulations, and have regional tax experience in Europe and the Asia-Pacific region are preferred;
