Due to substantial expansion plans, we are now looking for a Guest Relations Officer to join our Group.

Responsibilities 職責

Perform daily receptionist duties including greeting guests and handling all guests' reservations and inquires through phone call, Whatsapp and email 負責日常接待服務,包括歡迎顧客、處理顧客在電話、Whatsapp及電子郵件上的預訂和查詢

Create a tailor-made menu based on the culinary desires of customer 根據顧客的需求量身訂製菜單

Handle all complaints and follow through appropriate actions accordingly 及時處理及跟進顧客的投訴

Requirements 要求

At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or reservation centre role 最少2年客戶服務或預訂中心工作經驗

Fluent in Cantonese and able to speak simple in English and Mandarin 能說流利廣東話及略懂英語及普通話

Familiarity with reservation systems and software 熟悉預訂系統和軟件

Good communication and interpersonal skills 良好的溝通和人際交往能力

Strong attention to detail and accuracy 細心及關注細節
