Miramar Group is a member of Henderson Land Group, with a diversified business portfolio covering hotels and serviced apartments, property investment, food and beverage and travel services in Hong Kong and major cities in China.

Due to substantial expansion plans, we are now looking for a Senior Marketing Officer - CRM to join our Group.

Responsibilities :
Develop and execute CRM marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty

Manage and maintain the group-wide customer contact database , ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with privacy regulations

Utilize marketing automation settings to streamline and optimize CRM campaigns, ensuring efficient and targeted customer communications

Conduct regular reports and data analysis on CRM campaign performance , customer engagement metrics, and other KPIs to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing campaigns

Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies to plan and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless coordination and timely delivery

Identify and address operational challenges in the collection workflow, proactively improving data quality and integrity

Partner with external agencies to execute member communications, including email marketing, website updates, surveys, and events

Support joint promotion initiatives with external partners to enhance loyalty program propositions and drive business unit revenues

Utilize customer segmentation strategies to personalize marketing communications and enhance customer engagement and loyalty

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in CRM and marketing automation settings to contribute innovative ideas and strategies that enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value

Requirements :
Bachelor degree in Business, Management, Marketing , or related disciplines

3 years relevant experiences in CRM and/or database marketing , preferably in the hospitality, retail marketing, or CRM agency

Experiences in utilizing CRM software for campaign management, data analysis, customer segmentation, and reporting

Familiar with popular CRM and Marketing Automation tools such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

A motivated team player with the ability to work independently

Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
