Responsibilities:
Responsible for all Front Desk duties

Provide efficient and quality guest services to ensure hospitality

Response to guest comments and complaints and take necessary action to achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction

Handle all arrival and departure records, bookings and registration

Provide frontline services at reception counter with a ready to serve attitude and smiling face

Requirements:
Diploma or above in hospitality management or related disciplines

Minimum 3-4 years experience in Front Office operation, at least 1 year in supervisory level

Hands on experience in OPERA PMS system

Strong leadership with good problem solving skill

Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin, knowledge of other languages would be an advantage

Overnight duties required

Less experience will be consider to Assistant Guest Service Supervisor

Attractive remuneration will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
