Responsibilities:
Responsible for all Front Desk duties

Handle all arrival and departure records, bookings and registration

Provide frontline services at reception counter with a ready to serve attitude and smiling face

Requirements:
Diploma or above in hospitality management or related disciplines

Knowledge of Opera System is preferred

Good command in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua

Fresh graduate will also be considered

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Guest Services Officer

Attractive remuneration will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
