3. Engineering Associate (Component Repair)

Perform manufacturing engineering activities in aero engine component repair production

Familiar with regulations from authorities, apply and adapt changes to working area

Assist supervisors and engineers to achieve quality, safety, and efficiency standards

Induction Training on basic skills and knowledge for an aviation MRO (Maintenance and Repair Organization) will be provided

Requirements: 

BEng in Aeronautical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering

Good knowledge of high bypass gas turbine engines

Sound knowledge of material and component repair processes (e.g. Welding, Machining, Painting, Peening, Heat Treatment, Chemical Processes, etc)

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

Vacancies:
1. Mechanic Trainee / Mechanic III

2. Technician Trainee / Technician III

Responsible for the installation and removal of aircraft engine components

Responsible for parts maintenance

Assist with daily technical operations including

Material polishing

Masking and paint spraying

Lathe, milling machine

Tungsten inert gas arc welding

Computer numerical control

Non-destructive testing

Requirements:
Mechanic Trainee: Completed DSE / F.5

Technician Trainee: Completed High Dip in Aircraft Maintenance / Mechanical Engineering or relevant disciplines

Relevant experience in aviation industry will be considered Mechanic III or Technician III according to academic background
