Responsibilities:
Monitor and report on level of service being provided to customers

Identify problems affecting the level of service being provided to customers, provide and implement solutions

Interface between customers and internal departments

Execute customer commercial activities

Deputize and provide support to Customer Operations Manager

Requirements:
Degree in Engineering or Business Administration

At least 5 years’ working experience in customer services, particularly in an engineering production and commercial environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Fluent in spoken and written English

Good communication and presentation skills

Good analytical and problem solving skills

Exposure to SAP system and understanding of Lean Tools and Techniques a plus
