LPM Restaurant & Bar is searching for an experienced and creative Head Mixologist and Event Manager to lead our innovative cocktail program and oversee high-end private events. This is a unique opportunity for a talented individual passionate about both mixology and event management to join a prestigious restaurant that values creativity, leadership, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
As Head Mixologist:
Design and curate a seasonal cocktail menu using premium ingredients.

Lead the bar team, providing training and mentoring on mixology techniques and service standards.

Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.

Engage with guests, offering personalized drink recommendations and delivering an unforgettable bar experience.

As Event Manager:
Plan, organize, and manage private events, parties, and corporate functions at LPM.

Work closely with clients to tailor events to their vision, offering expert advice on beverage and menu selections.

Coordinate between the culinary team, bar staff, and front-of-house to ensure flawless event execution.

Monitor event budgets and drive revenue through successful event planning and execution.

What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience as a Head Mixologist/Bartender in high-end restaurants or bars.

3+ years of event management experience, preferably within hospitality.

A strong leader with excellent team management skills.

Knowledge of the latest cocktail trends and event industry practices.

A passion for creativity, customer service, and delivering memorable experiences.

Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
