We are looking for a Head Mixologist - Red Sugar based at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong!

As a Head Mixologist, we rely on you to:
Manage and supervise all aspects of day-to-day operations and performance of the bar
Prepare opening and closing inventory of bar related items spirits
Ensure all service standard are maintained to high professional standards and all regulations regarding hygiene and safety are meet
Recruit, manage, train and develop the team members
Develop and create a quality and innovative beverage menu to attract the potential market
Provide food and beverages services to guests
Ensure a satisfying dining experience is received by the guests

We are looking for someone who has:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in bars with similar capacity; and with supervisory responsibilities
Formal training in Hospitality Management would be an advantage
Sound understanding of various kind of spirits and wine
Solid experience in creative mixology, as well as in-depth knowledge of classic cocktails
Good business acumen with a well-rounded understanding of beverage cost management
Customer oriented team player with excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
