We are partnering up with a Global Insurer working on a Head of Compliance role. The ideal candidate should be fit and proper to serve as the Insurance Authority Key Person in Compliance. The role will report to the CEO directly and supervise a team in risk and compliance.

This role will lead a team of compliance and risk and ensure the business compliance with local regulations. This role will be responsible for advising business on compliance matters, risk and compliance framework implementation, regulatory updates and policy reviews, compliance trainings, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders including regulatory authorities.

Minimum of 5 years of supervision experience in compliance within the life insurance sector is required. Candidates must have in-depth knowledge of Hong Kong’s regulatory environment and leadership experience.
