Segmentation and Portfolio Management Acquisition Strategies Solid banking experience on Wealth Management and Value Proposition
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Segmentation and Proposition strategies in banking industry.


Responsibilities
  • Devise Proposition and Segment strategies to drive High Net Worth HNW segments to enhance market shares.
  • Design and revamp customer and product propositions to achieve the strategic business goals across various channels
  • Grow the segment portfolio via different strategic partnerships
  • Lead the team to acquire new business opportunities to expand market penetration
  • Develop segment pricing strategy to maximize segment profitability


Qualifications
  • Degree holder in related disciplines
  • 8+ years of experience in Segmentation strategies in banking, preferably in affluent segment
  • Strong knowledge of HNW segment and cross-border business in Hong Kong
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
