On behalf of our client, a leading banking group in Hong Kong and China. We are inviting high calibre Mortgage Specialist to apply the following position to develop their career ladder in professional banking services

Main Responsibilities:
Offering expert advice and recommendations on mortgage and banking solutions to Clients

Develope Bank's mortgage lending business by acquiring referrals from property agencies / solicitors' firms and participating in on-site sales projects

Handle mortgage application documents and credit assessment based on the Bank's guidelines and policies

Develop and maintain close relationship with property agencies and solicitors' firms

Requirement:
Minimum of two years' experience in mortgage lending business with good contacts at property agencies / developers and solicitors' firms

Holding IIQE 1, 2, 3,

Able to work under pressure and willingness to work on Sundays and public holidays

Customer centric mindset and shown strong situation awareness, and able to work in Agile environment
