Job Description:
Formulate Branch sales strategies to boost branch business growth

Lead and champion changes with respect to the Bank's strategic initiatives

Supervise the overall operation of the branch to ensure efficient and effective delivery of KPIs

Support channels to enhance products for business growth.

Monitor the services quality and seek any opportunities for ongoing improvement

Job Requirement

University degree in Business Administration or a related discipline

Passes in the HKSI Licensing Examinations and Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations (IIQE)

Minimum of five years' banking experience, with experience in promoting various wealth management products and branch operations management

Familiar with wealth management products and services with understanding of general banking practices as well as related banking ordinances, sound knowledge of corporate banking products and services a definite plus

Strong sense of customer orientation, with flexibility and agility to deliver quality services for customers and other key stakeholders

Strong self-motivation and drive to succeed
