This is an exciting opportunity to join a prominent bank in Hong Kong as a Project Manager dedicated to branch renovation initiatives. We are seeking a talented professional with a robust project management background to lead efforts that enhance our banking environment and improve customer experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of branch renovation projects, ensuring alignment with the bank's strategic objectives.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring all requirements are effectively met.
Manage the tendering process, vendor selection, and contract negotiations to ensure optimal value and adherence to project timelines.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress against milestones and making necessary adjustments.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and design teams to ensure high-quality execution of renovation work.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements and identifying potential risks.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including branch staff, to ensure smooth project implementation and minimal disruption to operations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience managing branch renovation projects, preferably within banking, finance, or insurance sectors.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple projects concurrently.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office applications.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and adept at making decisions under pressure.
