Insurance Specialist (Retail Bank)

Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen with one of Hong Kong's premier banks, renowned for its strong reputation and legacy. The bank is expanding its team and is looking for an experienced Insurance Specialist to support Life Insurance sales. A competitive compensation package will be offered.

Role Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with Relationship Managers to engage in joint client meetings, promoting life insurance products to meet sales targets.
Partner with branch and district managers to create and execute business plans and marketing strategies aimed at wealth management for banking clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, expanding the base of high-net-worth individuals.
Provide tailored advice and conduct regular reviews for clients, ensuring post-sales support to address their specific needs.
Participate in promotional programs designed to attract new insurance business and retain existing customers.
Deliver outstanding customer service and respond positively to client requests.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business-related field.
At least 3 years of experience in bancassurance sales for life insurance products.
Strong customer focus with a proactive sales approach, self-motivated, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to insurance operations.
IIQE qualifications 1, 3, and 5 are required.
Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Power Point.
