This respected Regional Corporate Bank has a long history and strong presence in Asia-Pacific, serving a diverse client base with innovative products and a focus on sustainability. Currently they're looking for Treasury Operations Officer to join the team on a renewable 1-year contract basis.

Your key responsibilities will include:

At this position, you will manage the settlement process for various treasury transactions, including foreign exchange, money market instruments, derivatives, etc., ensuring timely execution and compliance with internal policies.
Perform daily reconciliations of cash and securities transactions to ensure accuracy. Investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to treasury settlements, including trade confirmations, settlement instructions, and regulatory reports.
Work closely with front office teams, counterparties, and custodians to ensure smooth transaction processing and resolve any issues that may arise during the settlement process.
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal controls related to treasury settlements. Participate in audits and provide the necessary documentation as required.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in treasury operations or settlement within a banking environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Understanding of treasury products and settlement processes.
