Responsibilities:
Handle general inquiries from internal and external customers

Assist in network provider and panel medical services support

Communicate with Insurance Company for claims cases

Follow up and liaise with relevant parties

Requirements:
Diploma or Degree holder

Experience at customer services/ insurance/ medical industry with 1 year or above

Experience in assisting of medical pre-approval is an advantage

Good communication skills and able to work independently

Good command of written and spoken English/ Mandarin

Working Location: Central or Tsim Sha Tsui
