- Perform all rounded HR functions including but not limited to recruitment and selection, compensation & benefits, payroll administration and employee relations
- Maintain and update the HR system, records and reports
- Provide office administration services, procurement of office suppliers and other daily operations support
- Assist in ad hoc projects as required
- Higher Diploma/Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years' solid experience in Human Resources, preferably in F&B industry
- Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations
- Good communication skills, positive attitude and detail-minded
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Chinese word processing
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources & Admin Officer
