Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Staffing:

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings and candidate screening to interviews and onboarding.

• Compensation and Benefits:

Oversee salary structure, benefits programs, and payroll to ensure they are competitive and comply with regulations.
Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to adjust compensation strategies as needed.

• Performance Management:

Design and implement performance management systems to ensure employee growth and development.
Support managers in conducting performance reviews and provide guidance on improving team performance.

• Compliance and HR Policies:

Ensure all HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and in compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Provide guidance on legal issues such as employment contracts, terminations, and labor disputes.

• Management of HR and Admin Team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources / management
• 8 years and above in HR field
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) is essential
