Responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of HR compensation and support to HR office
• Support and prepare relevant documents to whole employee process, including of new staff on-boarding and off-boarding
• Support to C&B, prepare of tax return, insurance renewals and assist in payroll process etc.
• Update HRIS data, p-file management, report preparation, handle attendance, leave records and administration support etc.
• Assist in HRIS implementation project and ad-hoc HR projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above in Human Resources Management or Business-related discipline
• At least 1-year relevant working experience; with knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinances
• Good communication skills, good team player, willing to learn and responsible
• Goog command in written and spoken of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Fresh graduates will be considered
