We are looking for Industrial Engineering Manager – with details as follows :

The Job :
Report to Mexico Plant Director

Responsible for industrial engineering, troubleshooting and problem resolution of manufacturing executive system.

Supervise a group of industrial engineers and technicians to develop and implement manufacturing processes, a productivity improvement program and profitability studies.

The development of equipment to support the manufacturing process

Bachelor's degree in manufacturing / industrial / production / engineering or related disciplines

5+ years working experience in Electronics Manufacturing industry, with 2 years manufacturing operation process in a supervisory level.

Solid knowledge in production process, manufacturing workflow and layout in EMS industry

Fluent in Cantonese, Putonghua and English, with knowledge of Spanish is an advantage

Good mindset, with initiatives for new jobs and business

Familiar with CAD, words and worksheet processing

Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
