The job holder will work closely with IT Director and lead IT team to provide operational support to our hotels in Hong Kong and manage implementation of IT projects

Responsibilities:
Lead team to provide daily operational support to our 2 hotels in Hong Kong

Assist IT Director on IT project management

Analyse business needs, translate them into system solutions, making maximum use of available tools while ensuring longer term supportability

Participates on all hardware and software evaluations and maintains vendor contracts

Requirements:
University degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent

At least 5 years working experience with at least 2 years in hotel environment

Good knowledge of latest IT trends and technologies

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Good written and verbal communication skills, fluency in both English and Cantonese

Employs a proactive approach and can-do attitude to problem-solving

Immediate availability is an advantage

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Information Technology Manager
