- Ensure effective management of the centralized documentation compilation and publication function in Hong Kong Transport Services Business Unit
- Monitor and control the performance and output of Integrated Management System (IMS) document compilation and publication to meet internal stakeholders’ requisitions and needs
- Carry out quality check on compiled materials to ensure suitability for audience and conformance to related standards, e.g. ISO 9001

Plan manpower and material resources in view of compilation and publication schedules or forecasts
Develop, fine-tune and formulate effective working system/workflows for document complication and publication
- Degree in Management / Engineering / Communication or a related discipline
- A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably gained in a railway operations/engineering environment, of which 3 years should be at supervisory level
- Knowledge of experience in ISO 9001 document control
- Good interpersonal, communication, analytical and report writing skills
