Japanese Speaking HR and Admin Officer (up to 30k) - HK Based

FULL TIME

Responsibilities:
  • Provide a full spectrum of HR and administrative functions, including:
  • Payroll processing, MPF management, taxation, and attendance tracking
  • Recruitment coordination and onboarding
  • Insurance and license renewals
  • Maintain and update personnel information records
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and reception duties for customers and visitors
  • Translate documents between English and Japanese as needed
  • Assist with ad hoc duties as requested by the manager
Requirements:
  • Diploma or above in a relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar HR or administrative role
  • Excellent written and verbal proficiency in both Japanese and English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Power Point
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month
