Job Responsibilities

Support Head of Legal Counsel in the drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of contracts and agreements

Support business units in products and business initiatives and provide relevant legal advice

Work closely with Regulatory Compliance Team regarding materials and day-to-day activities to ensure compliant with the banking related legislation and guidelines

Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

University degree in Law

1-3 years’ PQE, preferably with in-house experience in banking and/or asset management and/or Fintech industry

Hands-on experience and knowledge of related legislation and guidelines relevant to banking operations, products and services

Ability to adopt to new business initiatives

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua preferred
