Take responsibility of the customer experience by managing the customers’ international supply chain in coordination with relevant stakeholders;

Build strong customer relationships, solve customer query about operations and be curious around their business needs and drivers, to better serve them and identify new business opportunities;

Ensure smooth execution of the end-to-end shipment lifecycle, monitor agreed service level and build operational knowledge

Requirements:
University graduate with a Bachelor's degree from a recognised institution
Over 5 years work experience in Logistics companies, preferably conversant with PO management
Experience in DC/warehouse management an advantage
Ability to work independently with the key accounts of the Company
Strong communication and inter-personal skills
Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
Able to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines
Candidate with less experience will also be considered as Assistant Manager role
