Kitchen Helper

Our restaurant in Wan Chai is looking for a passionate and skillful Kitchen Helper!
Job Duties

Support the team in daily kitchen operations
Prepare dishes according to menu specifications with minimum food wastage
Maintain company standards for food storage, rotation, quality, and appearance.
Establish maintenance and cleaning schedules for equipment, storage, and work areas
Maintain a safe and clean work area as according to health department regulations and company standards

Requirements

At least 1 year relevant work experience
Must be passionate in food & beverage industry
Proactive and self-motivated. We appreciate a 'can-do' attitude
Clean and efficient at work
Good communication skill and good team player
Attention to details
Can communicate in English
Must be Hong Kong Permanent Resident or with permission working in HK
