Chef De Partie (CDP)

Our restaurant in Repulse Bay is looking for passionate and efficient Chef de Partie to join our team!
Job Duties

Support the team in daily kitchen operations
Prepare and cook dishes according to menu specifications with minimum food wastage
Assist in placing ordering and stock taking
Keep workplace hygenic, neat & tidy
Maintain excellent standards for food storage, rotation, quality, and appearance.
Maintain a safe and clean work area as according to health department regulations and company standards

Requirements

At least 2 years relevant work experience for CDP
Proactive and self-motivated. We appreciate a 'can-do' attitude
Good communication skill and good team player
Excellent personal hygiene
Attention to details
Can communicate in English
Must be Hong Kong Permanent Resident or with permission working in HK
