Responsibilities:
Handle full set of import & export documents for customs clearance;
Work closely with 3PL logistics service providers and related parties to ensure smooth supply;
Work closely with internal party and perform daily operation from order processing to shipment delivery;
Analyze products performance to prepare supply and demand forecast, communicate with Sales & Marketing team to maintain an accurate forecast;
Control warehouse inventory and arrange shipments to maintain healthy inventory level;
Make use of data and business insight to improve operational efficiency;
Other ad hoc assignments.

Requirements:
Diploma or above in logistics, supply chain management or related disciplines;
2 years of logistics or shipping experience in FMCG industry;
Knowledge in managing ERP system;
Detail oriented, organized and able to work independently;
Fluent in Cantonese and conversational in English;
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Logistics Assistant.
