Responsibilities:

• Follow up and coordinate for sales orders before/after deliveries, communicate with sales, warehouse and transportation team.
• Inventory in/out record management.
• Handle clerical duties including data entries, document printing, scanning and filing.
• Support the team’s daily order handling process.
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by team manager.

Requirements:

• HKCEE/DSE or above.
• At least 1 year intensive clerical experiences.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, proficiency in Oracle system is an advantage.
• Good interpersonal skills, initiative, independent and hardworking.
• Work Location in Yuen Long.
