What You will be Doing

Provide administrative support to Logistics Teams, including handling petty cash, uniforms, working handheld etc.

Maintain the stock on hand of Logistics Team assets, e.g., uniforms, working handheld, and make purchase in a timely manner

Prepare reports for budget control and expense analysis

Who is Our Right Fit

Diploma or above in Business Management or equivalent

At least 1 year working experience in related field

Detail-minded, well-organized, multi-tasking and be able to work under pressure

Demonstrate positive and a can-do attitude

Good command of MS Excel & MS Word

More experience will be considered as Logistics and Administrative Officer
