協助處理日常文書工作

協助管理及安排日常保養和維修服務, 包括監管技工及承辦商於清潔、保安系統、一般設備所執行的維修工作

協助日常庫存管理

報告臨時及突發情況

要求

中五 / 文憑以上學歷 (工商管理/行政/物流或供應鏈相關會優先考慮)

具行政工作經驗優先

積極進取和自我激勵

較多經驗者會被考慮為資深行政助理

上班時間

每天工作 9 小時

每月8天休息 (逢星期日休息) ,另加公眾假期

需輪班:上午 8 時30分至下午 5 時30分/上午 9 時至下午 6 時
