Telford Int’l Co Ltd. is one of the leading distributors in Hong Kong for a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. To cope with our rapid business expansion, we are looking for high caliber professional to join our Sales & Marketing team:

Logistics Clerk

Responsibilities:

Follow up and coordinate for sales orders before/after deliveries, communicate with sales, warehouse and transportation team.
Inventory in/out record management.
Handle clerical duties including data entries, document printing, scanning and filing.
Support the team’s daily order handling process.
Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by team manager.

Requirements:

HKCEE/DSE or above.
At least 1 year intensive clerical experiences.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, proficiency in Oracle system is an advantage.
Good interpersonal skills, initiative, independent and hardworking.
Work Location in Yuen Long.
