Onitsuka Tiger Company was established as an in-house company under ASICS Corporation on 1st Oct 2018. Likewise, Onitsuka Tiger Hong Kong is an in-house company under the legal entity ASICS Hong Kong. We are on a mission to drive and expand Onitsuka Tiger’s global business and become the most iconic premium lifestyle brand. As we are establishing a strong organization to expand our business in Hong Kong, we require a Senior Logistics Executive to proactively participate in this activity.
<DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES>
Trade / Delivery Control
Collect monthly outbound/return forecasts and plan efficiently
Track on-time delivery (inbound & outbound)
Manage regional transfer actions (exports & imports) within the in-house company
Warehouse Operation
Develop, control, and manage the operation of logistics flow unique to the in-house company (managing warehouse, receiving, order receipt, shipping, returns, and post-return operations)
Respond to disposal (supervise DCs to ensure on-time completion)
Assist in executing contracts with logistics partners regarding the in-house company's matter
Management
Manage logistics cost and invoices
Devise logistics strategies and analyse performance by channel for retail and EC for the in-house company
Assist in managing risks related to logistics and respond to emergency situations (e.g. strikes, natural disasters)
<DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE>
3+ years of relevant experience, preferably gained from retail industry
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Power Point and Chinese Word Processing
Self-motivated, detail-minded and a good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong numeric sense and analytical skills
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
