Onitsuka Tiger Company was established as an in-house company under ASICS Corporation on 1st Oct 2018. Likewise, Onitsuka Tiger Hong Kong is an in-house company under the legal entity ASICS Hong Kong. We are on a mission to drive and expand Onitsuka Tiger’s global business and become the most iconic premium lifestyle brand. As we are establishing a strong organization to expand our business in Hong Kong, we require a Senior Human Resources Executive to proactively participate in this activity.
<DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES>
Responsible for the full cycle recruitment process for both office and store staffs, including job posting, screening, conducing interview, on-boarding and off-boarding formalities
Implement HR policies and procedures that support the overall business strategy and objectives
Plan, monitor, and report headcount and personnel expenses budget
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
Develop and implement employee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge in cooperation of Onitsuka Tiger HQ HR
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
Responsible for leasing, office renovation and relocation projects
Support office administration tasks
<DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE>
3+ years of relevant experience, preferably gained from retail industry
Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related legislations
Responsible, proactive, well-organized and detail-minded
Self-starter, can-do attitude and team player a must
Good interpersonal skills and able to work with different levels of employees
Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Japanese
