Onitsuka Tiger Company was established as an in-house company under ASICS Corporation on 1st Oct 2018. Likewise, Onitsuka Tiger Hong Kong is an in-house company under the legal entity ASICS Hong Kong. We are on a mission to drive and expand Onitsuka Tiger’s global business and become the most iconic premium lifestyle brand. As we are establishing a strong organization to expand our business in Hong Kong, we require a Finance Manager to proactively participate in this activity.
<DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES>
FP&A Management & Operations
Draw up and manage the yearly budget (Sales Revenue, Returns, Inventory, COGS, Expenses, PL etc.)
Manage Business Performance tasks (Progress Management / Data Analysis / Proposals / Reporting of Sales Revenue, Returns, Inventory, COGS, Expenses, PL etc.)
Perform monthly tracking and analysis of the in-house company's budget and actual results
Conduct financial analysis to provide insight on business performance to support management in decision making
Generate monthly business review package and manage Onitsuka Tiger Headquarter finance expectation through deliverable
Cope with internal audit tasks
Back-Office Team Management
Supervising and making appropriate decisions and direction regarding all the Back Office Functions.
<DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE>
5+ years of FP&A experience, preferably gained from retail industry
Qualified member of HKICPA /ACCA or related professional qualification is a plus
Responsible, proactive, well-organized and detail-minded
Self-starter, can-do attitude and team player a must
Excellent analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills
Has work experience in Japanese company is a plus
Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Japanese
