This is a Full Time position which requires shift duties and times will vary depending on assignment.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain show quality and consistency of original choreography of parade and evergreen offerings for dancers as well as show for character performers which include but not limited to teaching, demonstration, direct coaching, written notes and show report delivery
• Master brush up rehearsals, cross training and training for new cast members when required
• Assist the show directors to execute rehearsal and run the show for evergreen offerings (e.g. recurrent seasonal parade)
• Create and maintain choreography documentation, rehearsal record for Show Operations offerings
• Ensure parade roles are arranged on a daily basis and implement contingency plans whilst managing run sheets
• Occasionally assist talent casting team to conduct auditions and classes

Basic Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong technical background in various dance styles and choreography
• Good understanding of common practices of performer scheduling
• Good demonstration of backstage etiquette if applicable
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a plus
• Good written communication is a plus

Our Theme Park and Resort Hotels operate 365 days a year. Candidates will need to work shifts according to a roster that is determined by the Company, including shifts on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
