We are searching for high-calibre Admin Assistants/ Project Management Assistants/ Officers to work in a back-office IT project team in a Major Bank.

Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support for IT Project team on regular reporting, take minutes and process invoices, etc.

Handle staff attendance administration and data entry.

Prepare presentation materials and executive reports.

Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above graduate in any discipline.

Have Basic computer knowledage, especially Excel and Word.

Good communications skills in English and Chinese.

Willing to learn and can-do attitude.

Immediately available is highly preferred.
