We are searching on behalf of a Major Bank for IT Procurement Officers to assist for handling the procurement and budgeting activities in their department.

Responsibilities:
Review, propose, and process IT Procurement & Budgeting initiatives on Information Technology equipment, software and/or services for the Data Centre in a Major Bank

Liaise with internal parties and vendors for price negotiation, terms, etc

Cost management and follow up the vendor contracts

Manage and evaluate performance of vendors

Prepare IT Procurement and Budget analysis reports

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree or above in Business/ Finance/ Purchasing/ IT or related discipline

2 years+ procurement experience

Good communication skill with overseas & local vendors

Familiar in using MS Office Tools

Experience in IT related firms / Finance sector would be an advantage

Candidates with no IT procurement experience but have some procurement related tasks experience are also welcome to apply
