Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for full spectrum of landscape design for projects including but not limited to feasibility study and detailed design works
Assist in preparation of tender and construction drawings, plans, conceptual design proposals and submissions
Assist department head in setting up standard for landscape design
Guide and monitor consultant’s design direction, to ensure it meets our company standard
Thorough understanding of the regulation and experience on Hong Kong residential and retail projects are preferred.
Provide professional advice on landscape related issues

Requirements:
Degree Holder in Landscape Architecture/Design or related discipline
Registered landscape architect with 10 years or above, experience in large scale project is preferred
Proficient in Auto CAD, 3D rendering and MS Office
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with other team members
Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese (Putonghua & Cantonese)
