Key Responsibilities

• Manage member recruitment and communications
  
• Loyalty customer value proposition: program structure and member benefits, earn & burn mechanism and elite tier structure
  
• Campaign management: segmented, data and analytics-driven campaigns across all communications channels
  
• Works with Partnership team to develop partner products and pricing
  
• Monitor campaign performance metrics to maximise ROI and drive continuous improvement
  
• Oversee partner marketing opportunities, ensuring suitable member experience and brand consistency
  
• Create and maintain program brand image, in line with the company’s overall brand values and guidelines
  
• Perform any other duties as assigned
  

Requirements

• Hong Kong permanent resident status
  
• Bachelor degree holder or above in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related disciplines
  
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in loyalty marketing, CRM, campaign management, or related roles, ideally within the aviation industry
  
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  
• Proficiency in marketing tools, software and analytics platforms
  
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, segment audiences, and measure campaign performance
  
• Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills
  
• Creative thinker with a passion for customer loyalty, engagement, and retention
