About the Business

Work you'll do

• Lead projects in the green building sector, such as integrating renewable energy sources into designs, analyzing environmental impacts, and more
• Develop and implement green building strategies and initiatives
• Ensure compliance with green building certification and standards
• Provide training and guidance to project team on sustainable building practices
• Assist/lead government and corporate clients in carbon inventory and follow-up carbon neutrality strategy formulation, including carbon peaking and carbon neutrality path research and planning, green development, carbon development, energy transformation, energy conservation and carbon reduction and other fields planning and program preparation, as well as carbon asset management consulting, carbon standard development, product carbon footprint, carbon disclosure research, etc.
• Complete case analysis and industry research, use tools to explore customer pain points, and output optimization solutions according to customer needs
• Keep abreast of relevant policy trends, commit to continuous learning and improvement, share knowledge with team members, and strive to improve service quality
• Assist the team in exploring potential development opportunities

We are looking for someone with

• Major in energy management, architecture, environment, HVAC (heating, ventilation, air-conditioning and cooling) and other related majors, bachelor degree or above, postgraduate degree is preferred
• 5-8 years or above working experience in low-carbon consulting, solution design and service, consulting experience or carbon emission verification experience is preferred
• Familiar with TCFD, CDP, PAS2060/2050, ISO14064, with LEED/WELL/EDGE and other relevant qualifications
• Excellent communication skills and presentation level, with the ability to write program and service reports independently
• Excellent English reading and communication skills
• Have a positive work attitude and responsibility, with good organizational skills and influence
• Possess quick learning skills and good communication skills
