Assistant Audit Manager/Senior Audit Executive

Responsibilities

Review internal controls and governance of business units and headquarter units
Review the compliance on business plans, policies and procedures, etc
Plan & prepare audit programs and conduct audit fieldwork of operations reviews on business units and supporting functions for identifying control weakness and providing appropriate recommendations for improvements
Prepare and submit reports on the results of audits with appropriate recommendations for improvements
Facilitate corporate governance initiatives of the Group
Assist in handling risk management activities such as compiling risk registers, managing insurance tasks of the Group
Handle whistleblowing and forensic investigations as assigned
Perform ad hoc assignments as assigned
Supervise and coach subordinates as necessary
Overseas travelling may be required

Requirements

Holder of University Degree in Accounting or related disciplines
5 - 8 years of relevant work experience, with at least 5 years of internal audit experience and preferably with professional qualification (e.g. HKICPA, ACCA, CIA and CISA)
Good interpersonal & communication skills and strong analytical mind
Can work independently and able to work under pressure
Mature, proactive, self-initiative and well-organized
Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficient in using PC applications
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Audit Executive
